Leading the day-to-day running of your room creating a warm stimulating environment where every child feels safe and inspired
Planning and delivering creative engaging activities in line with EYFS incorporating forest school principles and outdoor learning
Making full use of the nurserys wonderful garden and forest school sessions to enrich childrens daily experiences
Observing and documenting childrens development sharing progress meaningfully with families
Mentoring and supporting room-based staff acting as a positive and consistent role model
Building warm trusting relationships with children families and colleagues
Contributing to the wider nursery team and upholding the nurserys Good Ofsted standards
