As a Level 3 Room Leader youll play an important role in creating exceptional learning experiences while leading and supporting your room team. Working closely with the management team youll help maintain high standards of care and education ensuring every child feels safe valued and inspired to reach their full potential.

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Room Leader Deputy Room Leader or an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to progress.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework safeguarding and child development.
• Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence supporting and mentoring colleagues to deliver outstanding early years practice.
• A positive proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

Your Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of your room ensuring consistently high standards of care and education.
• Inspire support and mentor your team creating a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Plan engaging play-based learning experiences that encourage childrens curiosity confidence and independence.
• Observe assess and support childrens individual learning journeys in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build strong positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Create a warm stimulating environment where every child feels safe valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.
• Support the wider management team in maintaining quality standards and promoting continuous improvement.
• Ensure safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies are followed at all times.
