The nursery places a strong emphasis on spending time outdoors every day with practitioners using both the indoor and outdoor environments to deliver every area of the EYFS curriculum. This approach helps children develop confidence independence and a lifelong love of learning through meaningful hands-on experiences.

What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience as a Room LeaderSenior Nursery Practitioner or similar senior role
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Monitor childrens progress through observations and assessments
Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
Promote high standards of care safeguarding and EYFS practice throughout the room
