This role will help us to do this by providing a professional roofing service that delivers an excellent customer experience adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In this role you will be responsible for

• Undertaking roofing work and associated multitasking activities in customers homes and empty homes
• Installing skylights
• Inspecting damages and estimate costs of labour plant and materials
• Repair or replace broken materials (Slate tile or flat roofing components)
• Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers.
• Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers homes.

We need people who are

• City and Guilds Parts I II or NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
• Experience of undertaking roofing work and/or within a similar role
• Experience of working out areas and quantities
• Sound building and construction knowledge
• General building maintenance repair knowledge

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check before appointment and must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
