Primary Purpose.

All aspects of RMR City of London motor transport management and administration.

Superiors.

The Chief of Staff Unit Sergeant Major.

Authority.

The GM SNCO is authorised to liaise with other service and MOD establishments on matters pertaining to their role.

Additional Responsibilities.

• Theallocationof vehicles and drivers in conjunction with the HQ and training requirements.
• To act as the unit accident procedure manager (UAPM) for the unit and the Southeast RegionAFCOs& URNUs.
• Check testing of user and Heavy Goods Vehicle drivers and act as general service driving instructor (GSDI).
• The maintenance and servicing of all AFCO vehicles in the Southeast of England NRCEE including all associated transport paperwork to conduct end of month routines.
• ToManageClarity manager for all transport administration.
• To act as the unit licencing officer (ULO).
• To act as thesinglePOC and subject matter expert for all AFCOs in the Southeast NRCEE area.
• To check all transport associated bills and recharges on Clarity manager.

Alldocumentation dealing with:

• Vehiclerepairsand vehicle defect paperwork.
• Vehiclestores Vehiclemaintenanceand servicing.
• Hirevehiclesand 3rdLine transport.
• End of month routines for unit auditors.
• Drivers hours and driver behaviour manager.
• Notifications of intended prosecution (NIPs) from the Met Police.
• Drivingdutiesifrequired.
• They will be a member of the unit SHEF committee.
