Risk Partner

Were looking for an experienced Risk Partner to help embed and operate our clients enterprise risk management framework. Youll work closely with teams across the business to identify assess and monitor key risks while providing constructive challenge clear reporting and trusted secondline oversight.

What youll do:

• Support and embed the enterprise risk management framework
• Partner with business areas to identify assess and document key risks
• Review controls challenge assumptions and provide pragmatic risk advice
• Maintain risk registers and monitor changes in risk profile
• Produce highquality risk reporting dashboards and KRIs
• Support governance forums and liaise with audit and compliance
• Contribute to risk training process improvements and operational resilience activities

What were looking for:

• Experience in risk management or secondline risk roles
• Background in a regulated Financial Services environment
• Strong analytical and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Ability to explain complex risk issues clearly
• High attention to detail integrity and professionalism

Desirable:

• Experience with risk systems
• Risk or compliance qualifications
• Knowledge of operational resilience information security or compliance
