INSERT JOB TITLE:As an IMO Risk Lead you will help ensure risk management is embedded across a major business integration programme. Working closely with programme teams business leaders and risk specialists you will support the identification assessment and management of risks helping the programme deliver change in a controlled transparent and successful way.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate risk management activities across the integration programme.
  
• Support the identification assessment and reporting of programme and business risks.
  
• Maintain oversight of risk registers actions and risk mitigation plans.
  
• Monitor the effectiveness of controls throughout transition and delivery phases.
  
• Provide assurance on the quality and completeness of risk management information.
  
• Coordinate business readiness activities and support risk-based decision making.
  
• Facilitate lessons learned reviews and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Act as a key link between programme teams Risk and Audit functions.
  
• Prepare risk reporting and insights for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  
• Champion a positive risk culture through coaching collaboration and constructive challenge.
