Job Summary
Were looking for a highly organised and analytical Revenue Assistant to join our Revenue Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data spotting opportunities and supporting commercial decision-making in a fast-paced a Revenue Assistant youll play a key role in maximising occupancy revenue and yield performance across all sales channels including Touring & Camping. Youll help maintain reservation system integrity support pricing and inventory controls monitor business performance and work closely with teams across the business to drive revenue you will be deliver revenue occupancy and profit targets across the Parkdean Resorts booking trends demand patterns and business performance identifying opportunities to optimise revenue risks and opportunities providing valuable insight to Revenue the development of promotional activity during slower-selling periods and help drive ancillary revenue opportunities such as upgrades holiday extensions and second opportunities to maximise occupancy and protect availability across parks and accommodation competitor activity and market trends to support informed commercial accurate inventory across all accommodation types and sales parks are available for sale in line with operational opening accommodation availability within reservation systems including flexi fleet accommodation profiles descriptions restrictions and availability settings are accurate and up to and maintain regular revenue and performance occupancy booking pace and revenue performance against business performance data and provide recommendations for with Marketing teams to support campaigns across digital email social and direct marketing Contact Centre and Park Sales teams with booking and customer-related numerical analytical and problem-solving attention to detail and organisational and administrative communicator with strong stakeholder management in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced awareness and a proactive why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
