Job Summary:
As a Returns Coordinator at Thurlow Nunn Distrigo you will play a vital role in ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer returns efficiently analysing product movements and making informed decisions on placing items back in stock or returning them to the manufacturer. Your keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of customer returns including processing documenting and tracking items throughout the return process.
- Analyse returned products to identify the reason for return whether due to defects damage or customer preferences.
- Collaborate with various teams including the warehouse quality control and sales to ensure seamless returns processing.
- Make well-informed decisions on whether returned items can be reintroduced into stock or if they need to be returned to the manufacturer.
- Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and generate reports for management.
- Monitor return trends and provide insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce returns policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the returns process and customer experience.
- Support the wider warehouse operations team when required.
