Retail Client Services Manager Germany

We are looking for a German speaking Client Services expert to join our clients retail excellence programme acting as the direct link between the UK Hub local market client and in-market partner agency. Youll manage client activity campaigns and service delivery across your market portfolio using your language skills and commercial focus to build trust drive performance and deliver brilliant retail execution.

WHAT YOULL BE UP TO

• Act as the key link between the UK Hub market client and in-market partner agency
• Manage client campaigns requests projects and end-to-end service delivery
• Provide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in the relevant market language
• Track budgets SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvement
• Influence inspire and collaborate across teams agencies and client stakeholders
• Identify growth innovation and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub

ARE YOU OUR CLIENTS PERFECT PARTNER

• Fluent in English & German both written and verbal
• Previous account management or customer-facing experience ideally across European markets
• Able to travel and stay away from home in market for much of the working week (1-3 nights depending on the need and season)
• Strong commercial awareness critical thinking and confidence managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent relationship building skills across multicultural multi-market teams
• Proactive resilient and confident managing multiple projects priorities and stakeholders
