Located in the heart of London La Maison Ani combines elegant surroundings warm hospitality and exceptional attention to detail to create memorable experiences for every guest.
Were looking for a confident and guest-focused Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.
The Role
As a Receptionist youll be the first point of contact for our guests creating a warm and memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. Working closely with the management and front-of-house teams youll manage reservations coordinate guest flow and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of La Maison Ani.

What Were Looking For
Previous Receptionist experience within luxury restaurants five-star hotels or premium hospitality
Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident welcoming and professionally presented
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
Ready to be the first impression guests remember
