Restaurant Manager

Our client is looking for a restaurant manager for their key unit in Stirling.

The Role:

Working alongside the owners and kitchen team youll help lead the restaurants daily operation ensuring that every guest receives a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Youll have the opportunity to influence standards develop the team and contribute to the continued success of a business where quality and consistency are fundamental to everything it does.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a Restaurant Manager Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Supervisor position.
• A background in quality-focused restaurants boutique hotels or establishments operating to Rosette-level standards.
• A genuine enthusiasm for food wine and delivering attentive personalised service.
• The confidence to lead motivate and support a team in a hands-on environment.
• High standards of presentation organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive professional approach and the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.
