Restaurant Manager – Michelin Starred Restaurant – 4 Day Working Week

Were delighted to be recruiting for a highly regarded Michelin-starred restaurant in Cambridge that is looking for an experienced and personable Restaurant Manager to lead its close-knit front-of-house team.

An intimate fine dining restaurant with a team of 6 plus part-time staff this is a hands-on role where attention to detail genuine hospitality and creating an outstanding guest experience are at the heart of everything you do.

Offering a 4-day working week with three consecutive days off this is a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager who wants to work at an incredibly high level while still enjoying a great work-life balance.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant Manager

• Up to 55000 per annum including tronc
• Private health insurance
• Working approximately 38 to 42 hours per week
• 4-day working week
• Set days off Sunday Monday and Tuesday
• WSET and CMS training fully funded
• Excellent meals whilst on duty

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager

• Leading and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver warm polished and attentive service
• Managing motivating and developing a small close-knit team
• Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure seamless communication throughout service
• Helping to maintain the exceptional standards expected within a Michelin-starred restaurant

Ideally youll have a Michelin-starred or fine dining background although theyre open to candidates with strong restaurant management experience excellent service standards and a genuine passion for hospitality. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team and creating a personal memorable experience for every guest.
