About the Job
Reporting to the Area Manager the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) oversees smooth store operations taking full ownership and responsibility for problem-solving seeking team support when necessary and leading the restaurant team in culture building implementing best practices and managing day-to-day operational requirements. The RGM maintains that a well-run shift is the foundation of a well-run restaurant and consistently strives for excellence in every shift.

The Day-to-Day:

Developing people

• Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager on the performance of Team Members.

• Provide ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback to Team Members

• Actively participate in the training of Team Members

• Handle conflicts constructively and work with the Area Manager to achieve a resolution

Ensure consistent customer satisfaction

• Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)

• Personally demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority

• Ensure food safety quality and accuracy of orders

• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations

Act Like an Owner

• Assist Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures maintaining inventory and

• Managing labour

• Oversee proper product preparation rotation portioning cooking and holding time.

• Assist the Team Members with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.

RGM - Taco Bell Chatham

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to join our team in the Restaurant Operations Department.

As a Restaurant General Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Hammersmith Taco Bell location.

• Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations.

• Train and supervise team members.

• Ensure excellent customer service.

• Manage inventory and stock levels

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
