Restaurant Bartender

Quod is an independent bustling city centre restaurant bar & terrace with over 250 seats. Located on Oxfords famous High Street Quod is open all day every day serving breakfast lunch afternoon tea & dinner. The menu consists of European classics with an emphasis on British produce. The busy restaurant with a high level of repeat business is open every day of the year.

Quod is part of The Oxford Collection; a small privately owned group of two luxury 5* hotels and apartments three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel the Old Parsonage Hotel 36 St Giles Parsonage Grill Gees Restaurant & Bar and Quod Restaurant & Bar. We have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford with unrivalled views across the citys beautiful skyline.

The ideal candidate will:

• Thrive on giving guests a memorable experience
• Be passionate about food spirits wine and cocktails
• Be able to work under pressure
• Ideally have some Barista skills (desirable but not essential as training will be provided)
• Have sound cocktail knowledge and skills
• Have experience within a similar busy restaurant or bar

We offer a sensible shift pattern across a 35-hour working week (Monday to Sunday rota with two days off) with an OTE up to 16.96 per hour including non-contractual tronc (service charge).

Part-time hours may also be considered.
