The Role

As Restaurantand Bar Manager you will lead the daily operation of our diverse diningexperiences including:

• Breakfast service
• Afternoon Tea
• Harveys Bar
• The Dining Room
• Private dining and special occasions

Youll be avisible leader working alongside your team engaging with guests and settingthe tone for exceptional service throughout every shift.

Youll inspirecoach and support your team to deliver service that is professional withoutbeing formal attentive without being intrusive and always memorable.
