We currently have a great opportunity for someone to join our Food & Beverage Team as Restaurant & Bar Manager. You will be responsible for the efficient operational delivery of the restaurant and bars to the Hotels high standards and the expectations of our guests. Along with the support you would expect from our Food & Beverage team you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow these important functions in line with your own and the Hotels aspirations to be a world-class hospitality destination.

What youll be doing

• Lead the restaurant and bar operation across multiple sites meeting guest expectations and supporting the Hotels 5-year plan.
• Ensure the F&B team delivers exemplary hospitality at all times.
• Ensure food and drink are served promptly and to the Hotels standards.
• With the Co-Lead F&B Manager set targets rotas budgets policies and procedures aligned to the Hotels 5-year plan.
• Manage coach train and develop the restaurant and bar team to build capability performance and engagement.
• With the Co-Lead F&B Manager introduce initiatives that enhance the guest experience and generate additional revenue.
• Ensure the team has up-to-date knowledge of Hotel products services pricing and policies and of the local area.
• Protect and improve profit by monitoring waste and breakages and taking corrective action.
• Maximise revenue through accurate billing at all times.
• Coach the team to maximise upselling in a discreet professional way.

About you:

You will be an influential guest and team-focused individual who has the necessary experience and successful track record of achievement at this level within a similar standard hotel or hospitality establishment. You will be a highly organised forward planner and be able to accomplish the workload of the team by effective delegation.
