An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planner to joinChime Housing. This roleis responsible forensuring that our services are effectively resourced to meet customer needs supporting the delivery of high-qualityresponsive housing services. This role ispredominatelyoffice-based.

At Chime Housing we provide vital services that help people to live better for a full-time ResourcePlannerour resource planning teamassistingin the delivery of our reactive maintenance domesticserviceand breakdowns.

Rolepurpose

We are looking for a Resource Planner with the aim of taking on a fast-paced and integral role in the repairs department. This isa great opportunityfor someone who is highlyorganisedand values working as part of a team.

Whatarewelookingfor

You will be customer-focused with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of an excellent grasp ofrepairs/ maintenanceservice will have a background in customerservicesand knowledge of the housing or construction sectors would be a distinct advantage.

Essential:

  • Knowledge/experience of using scheduling systems is preferred but training will be provided

  • Experience of having previously worked within a Repairs and Maintenance environment is desirable

  • Strongorganisationalskills and the ability toprioritisea busy and reactive workload

  • Apositive and flexible attitude

  • The ability todemonstratereliability initiative and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own.

  • Proficient IT knowledge and understanding

  • Agood standard of education with a GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at level C or above and the ability todemonstratesuitable work experience necessary for delivering the role

  • You will need tomaintaina satisfactory basic level DBS check.
