Role
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters frominstruction to completion without supervision
- Advise a wide range of clients on freehold and leasehold transactions
- Alicensed conveyancer with strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
- Experience of managing your own caseload
- Experience of mortgages equity transfers buy to let and leasehold
- Hybrid working
- Private medical cover
- 25 days annual leave (plus public holidays)
- Profit share scheme and discretionary bonus
