We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to assist the Registered Home Manager in the day to day running of Charles Davies House residential service in Hockley Birmingham.
The post holder will participate in the continued delivery of good quality services using a person centred approach. You will proactively work to improve service users quality of life and promote individual recovery by providing active user led support and choice.
The successful candidate will already have worked in a supervisory position and will have a good level of experience of working in a mental health residential care home. You will hold an NVQ level 3 in care and will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of carrying out needs and risk assessments.
You must have excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills be competent using IT to complete reports and audits and will have the ability to well work under pressure.
Due to the nature of the role you must be flexible with regards to hours which include evening and weekend working sleep-ins and on call cover.
