If youre an experienced Residential Conveyancer who enjoys running files end-to-end and takes real pride in client care this is a great opportunity to join a growing supportive team in Huddersfield.

Our client is expanding and looking for a friendly proactive conveyancer who can manage a varied residential caseload and build strong relationships with clients and introducers.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

• Providing clear practical advice with a strong focus on client care

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients estate agents mortgage brokers and other professionals

• Handling AML and other compliance requirements accurately and consistently

• Working effectively within a busy team prioritising deadlines and keeping matters moving

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-end

• Strong organisation and communication skills

• Confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment

• A client-first approach and a professional approachable manner

• Comfortable with AML and compliance processes

• Proactive enthusiastic and a genuine team player
