Key responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards.

• Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive clientfocused approach
• Ensuring consistently high standards of client service communication and responsiveness
• Meeting personal and team billing gross profit and cashrecovery targets
• Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed writeoff parameters
• Ensuring files are opened progressed and managed in line with internal processes and any agreed SLAs
• Maintaining accurate client matter and enquiry data and ensuring effective use of case management systems
• Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development

Experience:

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5 years experience
• You take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong client relationships.
• You are commercially aware organised and comfortable working to targets.
• You are proactive detailfocused and committed to doing things properly.
