Key responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards.
- Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive clientfocused approach
- Ensuring consistently high standards of client service communication and responsiveness
- Meeting personal and team billing gross profit and cashrecovery targets
- Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed writeoff parameters
- Ensuring files are opened progressed and managed in line with internal processes and any agreed SLAs
- Maintaining accurate client matter and enquiry data and ensuring effective use of case management systems
- Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development
Experience:
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5 years experience
- You take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong client relationships.
- You are commercially aware organised and comfortable working to targets.
- You are proactive detailfocused and committed to doing things properly.
