Salary: 33816 to 41486 per annum(pro rata)

Location:Luton Hartwood House

Hours: 18 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until December 2027

Werelooking to recruitapart time Resident Liaison Officerto join our existing team. Youll Support residents by providing information guidance and signposting to relevant internal and external services that may assist with their housing journey and future accommodation options.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team whereyoullbe working on a project that really makes a difference to our residents and improves ways of will be responsible for delivering a project focused on co-ordinating permanent and temporary moves for residents within a LiveSmart scheme that is being decommissioned. The role will involve supporting residents through the process ensuring moves are managed smoothly and providing tailored support to customers often those who are vulnerable to achieve positive outcomes.

Our residents are ourpriorityand we are keen to ensure we hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises.

Youllreport into a Regeneration Programme Leadand we can support some home working with frequent attendance at the scheme offices and resident visits as required so applicants must be able to travel across the local region as and whenrequired.

This is a hybrid role based in our Luton Hartwood House office. Youll split your time between working from home the office and the Livesmart property based in Luton as well as travel around the region as and when required.
