Job Summary

St Martins has a temporary vacancy for a Resettlement Engagement Team Member

This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027
Full time 38hrs per week
Salary

The main purpose of the job is to support and manage the move on for the people we support living within homeless services ensuring suitability and support needs have been addressed to prevent further incidents of homelessness.

We are looking for:

  • Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
  • Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support even when faced with resistance.
  • Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health addictions or who are ex-offenders.
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible.
  • Someone to demonstrate confidence adaptability and conscientiousness have empathy with the people we support and the determination to make a difference.

You can expect:
