Reservation and Groups Supervisor

We are looking for a Reservation and Groups Supervisor for Novotel London Bridge. We believe that having the right personality is more important than industry experience. Someone who can connect with every guest creating experiences and most importantly memorable stays.

Some of the duties will include:

- being responsible for the organisation and quality of the room sales service by maximising the occupancy rate and the average rate per room

- collaborating closely with the Revenue Manager and Operations Manager to pursue the highest profitability for the department and the hotel

- establishing excellent relations with all customers playing an active role in ensuring customers loyalty

- maximising turnover of the department based on the occupancy rate and the average price of the rooms

- checking invoicing of no-shows and cancellations

- covering front desk when necessary

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in hotel reservations front office or groups ideally within a busy hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Opera/PMS.
• Good understanding of room inventory rates availability and group bookings.
• Excellent communication organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Confident handling group enquiries contracts deposits and billing requirements.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to identify upselling and revenue opportunities.
• Professional guest-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good level of written and spoken English
