Research Analyst

About the role

Asa Research Analystyou will:

• Contribute to ahigh-qualityevidence base for the organisation by using quantitative and qualitative research methods.

• Support proactive and reactive research and analysis projects across multiple policy areasand the media.

• Build and analyse member research including surveys to improve understanding of the challenges facing members and the NHS.

• Monitor and analyse NHS performance and health datasetsidentifyingtrends and supporting colleagues with insight.

• Maintain data quality in central spreadsheets and dashboards to effectively communicate findings through graphsinfographicsanddashboards.

About you

We would love to hear from you if youhave:

• Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative data including survey data.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data visualisation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organisational skills underpinned by good project managementpractices.
