Research Analyst
Job Summary
About the role
Asa Research Analystyou will:
-
Contribute to ahigh-qualityevidence base for the organisation by using quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Support proactive and reactive research and analysis projects across multiple policy areasand the media.
-
Build and analyse member research including surveys to improve understanding of the challenges facing members and the NHS.
-
Monitor and analyse NHS performance and health datasetsidentifyingtrends and supporting colleagues with insight.
-
Maintain data quality in central spreadsheets and dashboards to effectively communicate findings through graphsinfographicsanddashboards.
About you
We would love to hear from you if youhave:
-
Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative data including survey data.

Experience using Microsoft Excel for data visualisation.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Excellent organisational skills underpinned by good project managementpractices.
