Repairs Administrator
Job Summary
- Handle repair requests inquiries and complaints through phone email and in-person interactions.
- Offer administrative support to the Housing Repairs service.
- Keep precise records within housing and repairs systems.
- Aid in scheduling operatives and managing daily repairs administration.
- Process rechargeable repair orders and associated paperwork.
- Investigate and address housing disrepair claims and customer complaints.
- Provide guidance and updates to tenants leaseholders colleagues and contractors.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within established service standards and timelines.
- Assist in performance monitoring and reporting activities.
- Consistently deliver a professional and customer-focused service.
- Prior administrative experience in housing repairs property services or a customer service setting.
- Experience in managing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Strong organizational and data entry capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle a demanding workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT including databases and Microsoft Office.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in Social Housing or Local Authority services.
- Understanding of housing repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Experience with housing disrepair cases.
- Experience supporting schedulers or repairs teams.
- 18.66 per hour (Umbrella)
- 3 Month Contract
- Location: Basildon Essex
- Hybrid Working 3 Days in the Office

Required Skills:
