Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.

Job Spec Responsibilities to be inserted once confirmed
1. Manage the Sub Units recruiting pipeline specifically the administration and mentoring of applicants.
2. Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process.
3. In conjunction with the ROSO conduct a review of the Sub Units IPRE on a regular basis.
4. Sub Units POC for all potential recruits mentor and nurture applicants from first contact to attestation through to Trade Training.
5. Submission of PMEs through Bde SO2 G2. Uploading engagement activity to UCE and completion of PXRs post event.
6. Manage resources and material to support outreach recruitment Attract activities. Lead and coordinate Sub Unit Social Media activity.
7. Ensure recruitment activity is conducted iaw with Regulations and Policy. Plan conduct and manage training for subordinates.
8. Manage the relationship with the NRC ACCs / AFCOs & HQ ARITC (Trg Ops and Rec Br) YODA Army employee support networks and WF Plans/Policy.
