• Protect property premises and assets.
• Conduct site patrols access control and alarm monitoring.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support loss prevention and security operations.
• Carry out searches and investigations when required.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues customers and management.
• Complete all required paperwork and handovers accurately.

• A valid SIA licence.
• Previous security experience in a customer-focused environment.
• A reliable and professional approach with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Own transport and the ability to travel to different locations as required.
• Flexibility to work days nights weekends and public holidays when needed.
• The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• A proactive attitude strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
