Job Summary

A clean and welcoming environment helps residents feel comfortable safe and at home.

As a Relief Housekeeper youll provide cover when needed helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the service. Your work will play an important role in supporting residents wellbeing and the smooth running of the home.

What your day could look like

  • Clean and maintain resident bedrooms and communal areas
  • Follow cleaning schedules and infection control procedures
  • Support laundry and linen services where required
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored safely
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages
  • Report maintenance concerns promptly
  • Help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors

About you
You will be dependable organised and able to adapt to different shifts and situations. Youll take pride in your work and understand the importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Previous cleaning housekeeping or hospitality experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Were looking for people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
