What Youll Do
Were looking for a proactive and analytical Reliability Data Engineer or Graduate Reliability Data Engineer to join our Reliability team within QRS. This role is focused on transforming complex reliability and operational data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. Youll use data analytics reporting tools and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot to identify trends automate reporting investigate performance issues and provide valuable information to stakeholders across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in data analytics within an engineering environment or for an experienced data professional seeking to apply their skills in a dynamic manufacturing and automotive setting.

What Were Looking For
You will have a passion for data problem-solving and continuous improvement. Comfortable working with large datasets youll possess strong analytical skills and be able to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for action. Youll enjoy collaborating with colleagues from across the business and communicating insights in a clear and meaningful way.

Were particularly interested in candidates who can combine technical capability with curiosity using initiative to investigate data and support informed decision-making.

Bonus if you have:

• Degree qualification (Bachelors level or above) preferably in Engineering Data Analytics Mathematics Computer Science or another technical discipline
• Experience within an engineering manufacturing automotive or reliability environment
• Knowledge or certification relating to data analytics Power BI AI tools or Microsoft Copilot
• Experience creating automated dashboards and reporting solutions
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
