Were looking for a Registered Manager to lead and develop our residential services ensuring exceptional person-centred support regulatory excellence and positive outcomes for the people we this rewarding leadership role youll inspire teams drive service improvement and champion inclusion independence and active citizenship.

What Youll Be Doing

Hold CQC registration for up to two residential services and maintain a minimum Good rating.

Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver outstanding personalised support.

Drive a culture of quality innovation and continuous improvement.

Use data and insight to monitor performance manage risk and enhance service delivery.

Ensure services operate safely effectively and within budget.

Build strong relationships with families commissioners professionals and community partners.

Coach and develop colleagues through effective leadership mentoring and learning conversations.

Champion digital innovation and modern approaches to care and support.

Ensure safeguarding health and safety and regulatory requirements are fully met.

About You

Were looking for someone who can combine compassionate leadership with strong operational expertise.

Youll ideally have:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to achieve this within 18 months.
• Previous experience managing residential or supported living services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations safeguarding and adult social care legislation.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities autism and complex needs.
• Excellent leadership coaching and people development skills.
• Strong financial and operational management experience.
• Confidence using digital systems Microsoft Office Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
