As the overnight RN at Balladong Gardens youll be the clinical lead on site. Youll deliver personcentred care complete assessments update care plans administer medications respond to changes in resident health guide ENs and Care Partners maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Accreditation ANACC and WHS requirements. Youll work closely with the Clinical Manager and day teams to ensure seamless continuity of care and uphold consistent clinical standards across the facility.

Youre a confident compassionate RN who brings professionalism initiative and a strong commitment to resident wellbeing. Youll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged or health care settings

• Strong assessment planning and clinical decisionmaking skills

• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards ANACC and relevant legislation

• Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent communication skills and a customercentric approach

• Proficiency in clinical documentation and IT systems
