About the role
Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Elouera located in Torquay VIC we currently have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
- Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
- Able to multitask prioritise delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes
What you bring
- An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred
- Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
