Registered Manager
Job Summary
- Provide effective leadership and management of the service.
- Maintain and further develop the high standards recognised by CIW.
- Lead the service through the NAS Accreditation journey.
- Ensure compliance with CIW regulations RISCA requirements and organisational policies.
- Promote a positive values-led culture focused on dignity choice independence and inclusion.
- Support coach and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with people we support families professionals and stakeholders.
- Manage service performance staffing budgets and occupancy in line with organisational expectations.
- Has experience managing a regulated social care service.
- Holds or is willing to work towards the required management qualification.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
- Has a proven track record of achieving positive inspection and quality outcomes.
- Is confident in managing compliance governance and service improvement.
- Is passionate about person-centred care and empowering people to live fulfilling lives.
- Can inspire teams lead by example and promote a positive culture.
- Is committed to continuous learning development and excellence.
- 40 hpurs per week
