Salary: From 45000 DOE Bonus for Outstanding Rating
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full-time

Service: Childrens Residential Home
Service Users: Up to 4 young people aged 1018 who have experienced trauma adversity and disrupted life experiences
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or working towards completion. Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential Care required.
Experience Required: Substantial experience within childrens residential care as a Registered Manager Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Practitioner with leadership responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
Maintain compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Ensure safeguarding remains central to all practice
Oversee care planning risk management and young peoples progress
Manage resources effectively and maintain high standards across the home
Lead Ofsted preparation and continuous improvement activity
Build strong partnerships with local authorities and professionals
Develop and support a stable skilled and motivated staff team
Ensure children receive safe nurturing and effective care
