Registered Manager

• Reporting to the Operations Manager and with the support of an Assistant Manager you will effectively and efficiently manage a Multi-Building Registration.
• Responsible for the leadership management and operation of your service supporting children and young people.
• Through your positive outlook and ability to see beyond behaviours work towards the progression and development of the children we look after
• Set the operational direction and organise the effective running of the service to meet its statement of purpose.
• Mentor and support residential support workers to be the best they can be
• Work in partnership with external agencies

• Bonuses: Bonus of 10% of salary reviewed annually 2500 on call bonus (approx. 10
  weekends per year) and Attendance allowance 1400

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

• A Level 5 in Leadership and management ( Children and Young People)
• Good knowledge around Childrens Homes regulations (2015) Childrens Homes Regulations including the quality standards
• At least 3years experience within a childrens residential homes and 1years experience at a Senior level
• A Full UK driving licence
