What Youll Need

• Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
• Proven experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager
• Strong knowledge of dementia care clinical governance and regulation
• Confidence managing staff budgets and service performance
• Ability to meet registered manager accountability requirements

• Experience leading Good or Outstanding-rated services
• Experience managing improvement or inspection readiness

• Lead the overall operation of the nursing home ensuring safe and effective care
• Maintain compliance with CQC NMC and safeguarding requirements
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
• Oversee staffing rotas and performance management
• Monitor quality audits and continuous improvement plans
• Build professional relationships with families and external professionals
