Registered Home Manager
60000 per annum NMC Registered Nurse Required

What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Home Manager
- Previous experience managing larger care or nursing homes
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Excellent leadership communication and people management skills
- Experience managing budgets occupancy and operational performance
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents families professionals and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home
- Ensure the highest standards of care safety and resident wellbeing
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Drive quality improvements and continuous service development
- Lead motivate and develop nursing care and management teams
- Manage occupancy budgets staffing and overall home performance
- Build positive relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
- Support recruitment retention and staff development initiatives
- Promote a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvement
