Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
Assess monitor and evaluate residents physical and emotional wellbeing.
Administer and manage medication safely and accurately.
Develop review and update care plans and risk assessments.
Monitor changes in residents conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation.
Support residents with health wellbeing and daily living needs.
Collaborate with families healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
Promote dignity independence and person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding infection control and clinical governance requirements.
Support care staff and contribute to the delivery of high standards of care.

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
Current NMC Registration.
Experience in residential nursing community or adult care settings.
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
Knowledge of medication management and risk assessment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Desirable
Experience working with older adults.
Previous residential or nursing home experience.
Knowledge of dementia care and complex care needs.
Experience supporting or supervising care staff.
