Salary: Circa 74000dependant on skills & experience car allowance

Werelooking for an experienced and inspiring Regional Supply Support Manager to join our Water Supply leadership team. This is an influential leadership role whereyoullsupport the delivery of world-class water treatment and supply operations across one of our regional areas helping ensure customers receive reliable water services 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

What will you be doing

Reporting to the Regional Supply Manageryoullprovide tactical leadership operationalexpertise and coaching support to Supply Managers and operational teams across your region.

Youllplay a key role in:

• Driving health safetywellbeingand process safety excellence across operational teams.

• Supporting the performance maintenance and optimisation of water treatmentstorageand distribution assets.

• Leading operational improvements that enhance customer serviceresilienceand environmental performance.

• Coaching and developing Supply Managers to build high-performing teams.

• Supporting the delivery of financial and operational targets across a multi-million-pound operational budget.

• Working closely with stakeholders across Water Quality Networks Asset Management and Capital Delivery teams.Managing major incidents and providing leadership during operational challenges.

• Shaping and delivering elements of Water Supplys long-term strategy and investment plans.

What does it take to be successful

Wereseeking a strong operational leader with extensive experience within water treatment water recycling utilities engineering or a similar asset-intensive environment.

Youllbring:

• Significant leadership experience managing technical and operational teams.

• Deepexpertisein water treatment operationsmaintenanceand asset management.

• Strong understanding of engineering MEICA and operational risk management.

• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.

• A proactive and collaborative leadership style.

• Excellent coachingcommunicationand relationship-building skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting budget management.

• The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
