Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the London North regional service office ensuring operational and financial KPIs are achieved and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead coach and develop a team of field and office-based employees to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular account reviews ensuring high satisfaction levels while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage Service Technician activities to balance customer expectations operational efficiency and budgetary targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service standards improve processes and resolve contractual and warranty issues.
  • Oversee staff onboarding training and ongoing performance support ensuring employees have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

About You
  • Proven experience managing and motivating teams within a customer-facing or service-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs with the ability to use data to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership coaching and people management skills with a flexible approach to supporting individuals and teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing and new business.
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities able to prioritise effectively and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
