We are partnering with one of the fastestgrowing care groups in Europe a highly techdriven innovationfocused organisation that is transforming how homecare is delivered. The group has scaled rapidly through digitalisation dataled decisionmaking and a modern approach to care and continues to invest heavily in technology and quality improvement.

They are now seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 710 domiciliary care branches across the South Coast.

The Role You will provide leadership coaching and operational oversight to Branch Managers across your region ensuring each service delivers safe compliant and personcentred care. Youll drive quality culture commercial performance and consistency while supporting growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and develop Branch Managers

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal governance

  • Drive improvements in quality culture and service delivery

  • Oversee operational performance budgets and KPIs

  • Support growth tenders and new business opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders

  • Embed best practice and ensure consistent standards across all branches

About You

  • Proven experience overseeing multiple domiciliary care branches (typically 5)

  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality frameworks

  • Confident leader able to coach challenge and support teams

  • Commercially aware with a track record of improving performance

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced techenabled environment

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
