What Were Looking For
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
Full UK driving licence
Proven senior operational leadership experience within the care home sector
Experience managing multiple care homes or services simultaneously
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care standards
Demonstrable success in driving quality improvement and managing underperforming services
Experience leading and developing senior management teams
Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets financial performance and P&L management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Lead on turnaround strategies where improvements are required
Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards are maintained
Develop and mentor Home Managers and senior leadership teams
Build effective relationships with commissioners regulators healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders
Contribute to strategic planning business growth and organisational development
