What this role is all about
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our London office and support regional workplace activities across EMEA. This is a key individual contributor role reporting directly to the Office Manager / senior leadership team with responsibility for creating an efficient well-organized and positive workplace environment.
What will you be doing at Infobip
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office and ensure a positive workplace experience
- Develop and improve office processes policies and procedures
- Coordinate facilities maintenance repairs and office equipment with internal teams and suppliers
- Manage office supplies vendor relationships invoices and budget tracking
- Support visitor management guest logistics and new hire onboarding
- Coordinate office compliance permits renewals and visa administration where required
- Respond to employee queries and support general office operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office management workplace operations or office administration
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing budgets invoices and office-related reporting
- Proactive reliable and service-oriented approach
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong English skills written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
