Job Summary
Regional Manager North West England Salary: 52500 Contract: Full-time permanent (37.5 hours) Region: North West England including Lancashire Preston Liverpool and the Wirral Standguide is expanding its senior operational management team following growth in Connect to Work and its wider employability delivery. This strategic role will oversee multiple contracts and support current and future growth across the North West. Key responsibilities Lead the operational performance of contracts managers and teams across the region Achieve contractual performance quality service and financial targets Analyse management information and KPIs implementing action plans and performance improvement plans where required Set clear manager accountability and oversee appraisals reviews staffing and HR matters Maintain quality assurance compliance governance safeguarding health and safety and equality standards Oversee returns claims reconciliations audits budgets and resource deployment Build effective relationships with commissioners Prime Contractors and other stakeholders Share best practice and support bids business development change and continuous improvement About you Level 2 English and maths A degree or equivalent relevant management and operational experience Significant operations-management experience in a target-driven multi-site or multi-contract setting Strong capability in data and KPI analysis employee performance budgets compliance and governance Excellent leadership communication stakeholder-management analytical and problem-solving skills Confidence using IT systems and travelling regularly across the region Experience in employability skills welfare-to-work or commissioned public services is desirable Benefits 33 days annual leave including bank holidays rising to 38 days after five years Birthday day off Workplace pension and health cash plan after probation Online GP employee assistance programme and death-in-service cover Company sick pay cycle scheme and continuing professional development Employee-owner benefits Appointment is subject to references right-to-work checks and an Enhanced DBS check.
