Regional Housing Administrator

Salary: 27024 to 31185 per annum

Location: Birmingham Lombard House

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until August 2027

Were recruiting for Regional Housing Administrator to join our team.

Youll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.

Youll be required to liaise with external contractors on a regular basis raise purchase orders and pay invoices whilst keeping good records on various systems. You will manage our admin inbox and CRM dashboards on a rota basis support the Home Moves team with indexing sign up documents and sending out tenancy agreements to residents then completing CORE forms onto the government website. This list is not exhaustive.

Youll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Youll be able to write clear accurate and concise records often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.

This is a hybrid role based in our Birmingham office requiring you to work in the office occasionally these specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
