Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities ensuring a safe efficient and well-maintained environment for clients employees and visitors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of facility operations including maintenance engineering life safety and vendor management.

  • Manage budgets forecasts contracts and operational reporting.

  • Oversee service providers and ensure compliance with contractual regulatory and safety requirements.

  • Build strong relationships with clients tenants and key stakeholders ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Lead coach and develop the facilities team driving performance and operational excellence.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement cost savings and service innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

  • 8 years of facilities management experience including leadership responsibility.

  • Strong experience managing budgets contracts vendors and building operations.

  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities/work order management systems.

  • Professional certifications such as CFM IFMA or BOMA are an advantage.
