Featherbank Selection is supporting a respected care provider to appoint a Regional Director for a well-shaped patch of four homes across East Kent.

This is a senior operational role with real influence. Youll hold Home Managers to high standards build capability and drive performance across quality occupancy staffing compliance and the commercial picture. The organisation wants someone who leads through presence clarity and coaching not paperwork.

• Leading developing and supporting four Home Managers
• Creating a culture of accountability consistency and continuous improvement
• Owning compliance governance and CQC readiness
• Acting as the senior escalation point for safeguarding and regulatory risk
• Managing regional budgets and driving occupancy growth
• Building trusted relationships with local authorities and commissioners

• Strong multi-site leadership experience in residential or nursing care
• Confident operational grip on CQC regulation and quality assurance
• A track record of improving performance and keeping it stable
• Leadership that builds confidence and capability
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets

• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Monday to Friday working pattern with regional travel
• A defined manageable patch of four homes
