Recruitment Partner.

Salary:upto 35400 per annum dependant on skills and experience.

Location:Remote. (Must be based in the UK).

Contract:Permanent 35 hours per week.

What you do could make a difference

This roleis responsible forcreating an inclusive andequitablerecruitment experience that ensures every candidatehas the opportunity tobring the best of themselves throughout the hiring process.

This includes continually developing a strong understanding of organisationalobjectivesand business plans while actively building market and business knowledge to support effective workforce planning and the attraction ofhighquality diverse top talent.

Youwill useyourexpertisein meetings with hiring managers advising influencing and encouraging the adoption ofbestpracticerecruitment approaches.

Youwill follow the recruitment framework across each stage of the hiring funnel applying strongprojectmanagementskills tomaintainstructure consistency and momentum.

A key part of the role involves reviewing sourcing campaign data to build insight into candidate markets and adopting a consultative approach to refining attraction strategies.

Youwill work closely with hiring managersmaintainingregular communication to align recruitment activity meet agreed SLAs and KPIs and ensure a positive candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand.

The role also requiresaccuraterealtimeupdates across recruitment systems ensuringhighqualityrecordkeepingand productivity. This includes effective use of the ATS and other agreed systems to track progress automate tasks and support a seamless recruitment process.

  • FullLifeCycleRecruitment Proven experience managingendtoendrecruitment across a wide range of vacancy types contract types and seniority levels.

  • Stakeholder Influence Skilled in educating advising and influencing hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive and consistent recruitment experience.

  • Diverse Talent Attraction Demonstrated success in fulfilling vacancies through multiple routes to market with a strong focus on attracting diverse andhighqualitytalent.

  • Diversity & Inclusion Thorough understanding of applying diversity equity and inclusion principles within recruitment and resourcing.

  • ATS & Compliance Knowledge Experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment workflows ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices and GDPR requirements.

  • Target & KPI Achievement A strongtrack recordof meeting or exceeding team targets SLAs and KPIs.

  • Remote Relationship Building Ability to build effective relationships across multiple locationsestablishingtrust and confidence inexpertise.

  • Exceptional Communication Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Multitasking & Prioritisation Highly skilled in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail and effective workload prioritisation.

  • Employment Law Knowledge Solid understanding of legislation relevant to recruitment and the employment of staff.
